Mid-life is a often a time of change and/or reflection.
Many men and women in mid-life often find themselves transitioning from "growing up" to "growing older". With this realization comes the awareness of the finite nature of time, and how he or she wants to spend the remainder of it.
Mid-lifers often experience the additional challanges of change and/or loss (i.e. change or loss of job, divorce, death of spouse or other loved one, adult child returning home, or unexpectedly raising grandchildren, etc.).
These changes and/or losses often make the transition of mid-life even more difficult.
During this often difficult transition, and whatever additional issues arise, Dr.Laura can help.
